Andrew Zimmermann

TENOR

Andrew Zimmermann’s lyric yet versatile tenor voice has earned him leading roles as well as frequent performances as a concert soloist.  A native of Santa Monica, CA, Andrew completed his bachelor’s at New York University and his master’s at Manhattan School of Music.  Since graduating, Andrew has been a fellow at SongFest, an advanced artist at OperaWorks, a young artist at Opera on the Avalon and most recently an apprentice with Sarasota Opera.

Andrew has also been a part of the arts community here in NYC, performing Don Ottavio (Don Giovanni) with New York Lyric Opera, President Chester A. Arthur (The Ballad of Baby Doe) with Utopia Opera, Daniel Buchanan (Street Scene) with New York University, and The Baker (Into the Woods) with Manhattan School of Music.  He is thrilled to be a part of this new company and this creative production.
